Odeo is a neat podcasting and audio company run by some folks, and WordPress.com have been getting more and more requests to support Odeo embedding, just like  Google and Youtube. Just copy and paste the URL in your address bar, it should look like this:
http://odeo.com/audio/
2033279/view., and write it out like this [ odeo=http://odeo.com/audio/2033279/view ] . Then you will get a nice audio player like this:

[odeo=http://odeo.com/audio/2033279/view]
