Xunlei or Thunder Gigaget (Chinese: 迅雷; pinyin: Xùnléi; literally “Thunderbolt”)[1] is a popular Chinese download manager and file sharing client that supports BitTorrent, eDonkey, Kad, and FTP. The software is used in Chinese Windows operating system, and therefore you will see codes such as these “???$##”, if installed in English Windows operating system. You will need to install East Asian language support to view Chinese characters. For English users, you may also try the ‘English language pack for Xunlei Client’ created by HeHeHunter. It translate Chinese program to English, some of words still not viewable in English though.
